Early morning bootcamp

Monday, Wednesday and Friday for 6 weeks at a time and a week off between each 6 week block

6am, 6:45am or 7:30am

These are suitable for all, you do not need to be a poler to join the early morning bootcamp!

The three workouts a week will include a variety of workouts using your own bodyweight, kettlebells, bands and the poles (not dancing)

There are showers on site as we are located on Basepoint Business Centre so you can head straight to work from your class if needed
